虽然说之前跟张老师有很多交流,也有比较深的合作,但每一次听他讲课,听他演讲,我都有新的感受,新的体会。给我最大的感受就是,听张老师的课能够让我更加积极地去思考,让我更加清楚我们的企业应该往哪个方向去走,应该怎么去走,怎样做得最好,怎样做得最强。 

跟张老师合作之前,我们也找了很多这种策划公司,聊了很久,但最后经过了二三十家策划公司之后,我们毅然决定选择张老师。其实从这一年的发展来看,我们的决定确实没错。因为极白安吉白茶这个品牌从无到有,一年的时间已经做到了营业收入绿茶行业前五。从三月份开始签的第一个的客户,到现在仅仅只用了9个月的时间,就完成了人家20年都没有完成的积累,这是总体的一个成效。那么张老师在给我们整个品牌规划、营销规划过程中,我觉得让我们在三个方面有突破,第一个是品类,第二个是品牌,第三个是组织: 

品类的话,安吉白茶现在在全国有很高的知名度、美誉度,张老师来不来策划,我们安茶集团做不做,它都在那里,但是张老师来做了之后,给安吉白茶重新定义,在这个品类上面有比较高的提升,突出了安吉白茶的白富美。白,安吉白茶以白为贵;富,富含氨基酸,这是对它功能的定位;美,形态美,整个环境美,对我们整个品类作了重新提升,让我们企业发展的基础更加稳固了,这是第一个我觉得张老师对我们的贡献。 

第二个方面就是品牌。极白真正面向全国消费者,也就一年时间。在这么短的时间内能够有这么大的影响力,有这个品牌故事的打造,包括品牌传播方面的规划、营销体系的建设。张老师对我们的指导,确实给我们指了一条明路。从3月份第一个客户签约,到现在有很多大的渠道、大的经销商主动找上门来,我觉得我们的地位完全不一样了。我们可以开出更高的要求去跟他合作,这在品牌方面给我们的整个传播营销带来了非常大的帮助。 

在组织方面,关于整个商业模式的打造,张老师作为我们安茶集团的股东,也提出了很多比较独特的见解。从组织模式上来说,我们有效的组织了茶农、生产型企业、茶商,甚至我们将来还想把消费者组织出来做更多层次的互动。我坚信将来极白、张默闻策划集团、张默闻中美联合商学院都会有更好的发展,更好的前途,谢谢。

首先我觉得非常荣幸,张默闻老师的第一次商学院开课选在我们安吉。安吉作为山清水秀的地方,张老师选择在这里我觉得非常荣幸。今天的课听下来一天我觉得非常累,为什么很累呢?我觉得收获很多,因为我也是很难得做笔记做那么多。同时这个课我也有很多感悟,也希望这些感悟在今后的企业当中、在我们的品牌运营当中,能够把张老师今天讲的内容学以致用是最重要的,所以我觉得今天非常累但收获非常多。

我们和张老师是老朋友了,在2013年就开始和张老师合作。当时我们翔龙集团的施可丰品牌,在全国也是做的比较不错的销量,在前几位。但是在发展过程中,对品牌的传播力,特别对销量的提升,还有整个团队素质的建设,我们遇到了瓶颈。

张老师是一个爱心的策划师,因为他对母亲的孝,和我们老板连接在一起,当时是没谈成功的,最后参观了张老师办公室。他墙上有他母亲的照片,我们老板去了以后,对着照片啥也没说,问是谁,张老师说我母亲,老板就做了个动作,示意性的三鞠躬,然后又说了句话,就离开了。就在我们返回去的火车上,张老师打电话说,董事长我决定和你合作,我再累也和你合作,因为我知道你也是以孝为感情纽带的企业家,就这样我们结合了。

我作为当时董事长的助理是全程跟干的,张老师他亲自操刀,下江湖到市场,和农民、竞争对手进行交流沟通,和我们整个团队沟通,甚至到我们车间里沟通。最后,就他的稳、准、狠给我们做了一个非常好的方案出来。事实证明,三年来,在肥料行业不太景气的情况下,我们每年平均保持了30%的销量递增率,这在行业内是很诧异的。得益于默闻老师对我们品牌的定位、Logo的设计定位,这是非常成功的。特别是2016年,在整个行业这么艰难的情况下,我们还是保持了比2015年同期增长的一个速率,过百万吨,这是我们非常成功的一个例子。非常感谢默闻老师,他是用心在做事。

这个课是在北京出公差接到老板通知要来,来了以后我是特别激动,因为基于和默闻老师这么多年的感情,虽然合作只是2年,但有了很大的感情,这次讲课对我来说有了如雷灌顶的新理念的注入,特别他开的三堂课,我有三个方面的感受:

第一个:他用孝心、用我们国家的忠、用爱心对我们的行业,实现了他作为一个策划师的责任和担当,他是用心来做这个课程的,这是我的第一个感受;

第二个:他零距离实现了和企业家的交流,特别是顶级企业家,讲述了企业家背后的故事,这是我们没想到的,这给了我们很多的启发和启思;

第三个:张老师今天上午的课程,也让我们企业家有个破茧而出的思维式大变革。在信息化数据时代下,如果你的内心不创新,你的心不强大,你没有好的思维你就跟不上企业的发展,但是张老师他今天点到了我们的核心之处,点到了我们做企业的痛处,让我们重新用另一种思维观念来看待今后的生活和发展,这是我今天中午的三个感悟,确实非常好,非常感谢张老师的课。

未来的时代是信息数据化时代,张老师的中美联合商学院肯定会在我们行业里,引领企业家站到企业最高端,为国家作出贡献,祝贺他。

Mowen Zhang carefully planned the Jibai amino acid white tea under the Anji Tea Industry Group, the brand start from scratch, the first-year sales successful exceeded one hundred million, which created nearly twenty years of Chinese tea enterprise miracle.        

 

Although I had a lot conversation with Teacher Zhang, and we also had relatively deep cooperation; but every time when I listen to his lecture and his speech I will have now feeling and new experiences. The greatest thing that Teacher Zhang wanted to express to me is that I can have a positive thinking, he let me more clearly to know which direction my enterprise should go, and how I should go out and do better, stronger.

Before cooperate with Teacher Zhang I had find a lot planning companies, and talked to them for a long period too. We finally chose Teacher Zhang among those twenty to thirsty planning company. We felt like we made a right decision after this one year develop. Because Jibai White Tea this brand from scratch, we used a year our net income already in the top 5 of green tea industry. Since the March he signed the first client, Teacher Zhang’s group only used 9 months to finish the project that other people need 20 years to finish. Among the processing of brand planning, marketing planning, he wanted us to breakthrough in the three aspects, the first is the category, the second is the brand, the third is the organization:  

 

The category, Anji white tea has a great reputation among the nation, no matter Teacher Zhang come to do the planning for us or not, our tea is always there. But after Teacher Zhang came, he gave the white tea another definition, Anji white tea had a better category moving and became the most outstanding one. The contribution that Teacher Zhang made for our company is that the development of our enterprise is much more stable. 

The second aspect is the brand, only within a year Jibai is finally facing the national customers. To have such a big influence in such short time based on build of the brand story, brand communication planning, construction of marketing system.  Teacher Zhang gave us a right clear road. We had a lot of bigger sales channels since the first signed client March, and a lot of agencies came to look for us, which made us feel complete different. We can offer a higher price to cooperate with them, which brings a great help to our entire brand marketing. 

In the team of organization, and build the whole business model, Teacher Zhang who is the shareholders of Anji tea group, he also brought out a lot unique insights. From the organization model, we were effectively organized the tea farmers, manufacturers, merchants, and even in the future we wanted to do more consumer interaction. First, I feel very honored, Teacher Zhang’s first course was held in Anji. Anji as a picturesque scenery place, Zhang choice here I feel very honored. After today’s lesson, I feel very tired, why I am so tired? I think I gain a lot, because I usually do not take notes that much. Meanwhile, this class give me a lot sensibility, I think it is important to apply the knowledge I learnt to the brand operation and future career. That’s why I feel very tired after today’s lecture.

I worked in many enterprises, the concept of Teacher Zhang’s is very practical. I give you an example, the 30 years of Anji white tea development, we all think Anji white tea has a great taste, the tea is welcomed by lots people, only Teacher Zhang summed up the amino acid content is 2-3 times great than green tea class. So, a very simple truth, through the Teacher’s conclusion we can find the very accurate sellers point, which made us more outstanding in the market. We all thanks Teacher Zhang so much, the company achieved sales of a hundred billion of yuan a year under his plan, we also believe that the Jibai white tea will achieve sales in 3000 stores nationwide next year, our sales should exceed 1.5 million. This morning we had Teacher Mowen’s lecture, we felt his speech is true, because he had a lot connection with the world top 500 boss and national top 500 boss, so he truly experienced how the top 500 boss developed. We are old friend with Teacher Zhang, we started to cooperate with Teacher Zhang since 2013. At that time our Xianglong group Shi Kefeng brand did a relatively good sale in the country, ranked at the top. But in the communication of brand development process, especially for the sales promotion, and the whole quality of the construction team. We encountered a bottleneck.

Teacher Zhang is a caring planner, because his filial piety to his mother which is connect to my boss. At that time, we did not make this business, at last we went to visit Teacher Zhang’s office, his mother’s photo is hanging on the wall. I did the whole process with Teacher Zhang when I was still the chairman assistant, Teacher Zhang did everything personally, he communicated with the farmers, the competitors; he also communicated with our entire team, he even came to our workshop to communicate. Finally, his steady, accurate and firm gave us a good business plan. In fact, over the past three years, we still maintain an average annual sales growth rate of 30%, this is a surprise in the industry when the fertilizer industry is not very booming. Due to Teacher Zhang ‘s brand positioning, location of logo design, which is very successfully. Especially in 2016 when the whole industry situation is really hard, we still maintain a growth rate higher than the same period of 2015, we sold more than million tons, this is a very successful example. My boss told me to come to the course when I was on a business trip to Beijing. I was really excited when I came, based so many years’ relationship with Teacher Zhang, I already had a great feeling about him although only 2 years of cooperate with him. This lecture gave me a lot new ideas, especially he did three classes, I had three aspects feeling:

First: his filial piety, he id using the national loyalty, our industry love, to realize the responsibility that a planner should do, he is using his heart doing the class, this is my first feeling.

Second: he made zero distance for entrepreneurs to communicate, especially for those top entrepreneurs, this gave us a lot inspiration and reflection 

Third: Teacher Zhang this morning’s lecture let our entrepreneurs have a breakthrough in the reform of entrepreneurs thinking. In the information era, if your heart in not innovation, your heart is not strong, you have no good thinking you cannot keep up with the development of the enterprise. But Teacher Zhang pointed out the core of our company, he also pointed out the difficulty of the business. Let us using the other kind of thinking to look at life and future development, this is the three feelings this afternoon, which are all very good, thank you so much for Teacher Zhang’s class.
