今天听课下来我感觉到有三点，第一点就是非常的实战，张老师的课确实不像我们在外面喝到的罐头鸡汤一样，他有一个很强的实战指导性，他会告诉你企业存在什么样的病症，你在企业的这个局面里面应该怎样去解决问题，这也可以理解为时效，他的课我觉得虽然PPT字数是做的最少的，但是他的内容的量和涉及的面是非常大的，这是一个。

再一个是很精准，一些问题剖析得精准。在我没有来听课之前，我看到过张老师给企业做的一些案例，那个时候我已经有了初步的印象。因为本身我自己也是广告人，我们见过很多东西，甚至有的时候会存在他们家的案例和另外一家的案例拉出去就像双胞胎兄弟一样，但是张老师从来不这样子。我以前看到他做每一个单品案例的时候，他都是很认真的去市场上跑，很认真的去找消费者洞察的敏感点，以及非常认真地去对待这个企业它所在市场局面里所面临的问题，怎么样去破这个局，怎么样去解决这个问题，他是一个非常非常用心的人，这是第二点。

第三点，我也一直非常感谢默闻老师，因为他给我们整个的广告圈，以及我们新的老的广告人树立了一个很好的榜样，这个榜样是什么呢？就是要敬业，非常的敬业。在广州拍片子，他作为一个监制单位，我看到他在这个现场，除了盯着显示器，就是在这里不停地写方案，想东西，其余的东西都不要去谈，不要跟我应酬，不要跟我去谈任何一些别的东西。所有的精力都用在为企业寻找解决方案上面，所以我觉得张老师的以身作则，像一只蝴蝶一样引发了我们整个行业的蝴蝶效应。

今天我能有幸来听课，真的非常感动，我也是张老师的朋友，但我也是自己愿意去掏这个钱来听这个课，我觉得真的是受益匪浅。我做的笔记认认真真，几乎一字不落。我打算回去以后，再跟我的Team里面的人分享这个宝贵的经验，我们要把这只蝴蝶的力量扩大到无限大，越来越大，越来越大。如果中国每一个广告人、策划人、创意人以及影视制作人都能用这种态度、这种心胸以及这种做事的激情去对待每一件事情的话，我相信中国的广告一定不会再继续落后日本60年，继续落后于欧美的广告。我们很快会赶上来，我有这个信心。我真的是喝了这个鸡汤，热血沸腾，非常感谢，感谢张默闻老师，感谢今天能给我们这个机会，非常感谢。我给他改改广告语，听课2小时，激情保持3年，我们要保持这样一个冲劲和向上的劲头。我相信我们可以。

I feel three things after I listened the lecture, first point the class is very practical, Teacher Zhang’s class is not like the canned chicken soup we drink outside, his class has very strong combat guidance. He will tell you the problem, and tell you how to solve the problem in the situation inside of the enterprises. It can also be understanding as the aging effect, he did not present a lot ppt, but his content and the knowledge he covered are the most large one. The second, he is very accurate, some problems he analyzed very accurate. I have seen some cases Teacher Zhang did for other business, I have a preliminary impression. Aa an Advertising people I have seen a lot, I can find the same cases in other planning companies, but Teacher Zhang never do that. I saw Zhang he did every single case before, he is very serious to do the market research, find out the need of customers, and very carefully deal with the market situation. How to break this bureau, how to solve this problem, he is a very good person, this is second point.

Third, I have been very grateful to Teacher Zhang, because he gave us the whole advertising circle, he set a good example for the old and new advertising people. What is the good example? Dedicated, very dedicated. When we filming in Guangzhou, he worked as a producer, I saw this scene, in addition to stare at the monitor he kept writing plan, and think about the rest ideas. He said do not to talk about other not related stuffs and I don't socialize. He used all his energy in searching the solution to solve the enterprise problems, so I think he is the person set himself as an example to guide other people. It is like a butterfly effect triggered our whole industry.

I am very lucky that I can come to listen the lecture, I am very glad. I am a friend of Teacher Zhang, but I am willing to pay the money to attend the class, I think it is worth the money. I made notes conscientiously, almost every word. I decide to share the valuable experience with my team when I go back. I want to let more people get the knowledge. If every Chinese advertising man, planner, creative person and film makers can use this positive attitude, this passion to treat everything, I believe Chinese advertising will not continue to lag behind Japan in 60 years, continue to lag behind Europe and American advertising.
